We offer niche anonymous listing to protect the interest of the businesses, in our private and anonymous listings, we only reveal relevant data points and not the entire data set. This is particularly important for businesses in undiscovered niches. The goal is to protect the businesses. Revealing the complete data set of the business with the investor and/or buyer requires agreement from the business/founder and our vetting team.
We don't charge any listing fees, so if we're unable to sell your business or raise capital, you won't owe anything. However, if we do successfully sell your business or raise capital for your business, we earn a commission. Our commission is blended, which means the rates are stacked based on the value of the business or the amount of funds raised.
We require you to list your business exclusively with us for at least 3 months before listing elsewhere simultaneously. This policy ensures that the time, effort, and energy we invest in acquiring buyers/investors for your listing, as well as guiding them through our dealmaking process, are worthwhile. If your business still is not sold or raises capital at that time, you can either keep it with us and we will keep marketing it or you can de-list it to sell/raise somewhere else.
